Paryavaran Resource Centre, Ahilyanagar collects only information you submit through donation, contact, newsletter or report-download forms, or that our payment partner returns after a donation.

What we collect

Depending on the form: name, email, mobile number, postal address, PAN (if given for an 80G receipt), donation amount, and a stated purpose for report downloads. We do not collect card numbers, CVV or UPI PINs on this website.

Why we collect it

We use this information to process donations, issue 80G receipts, respond to enquiries, send requested publications, and keep a record of payments for accounts and statutory purposes. We do not sell personal data.

Payments

Online donations are processed by a payment gateway. Card, net-banking and UPI details are entered on the gateway’s checkout and are not stored on PRC’s website. Payment status, order ID and similar references may be stored on our server to confirm the donation and issue a receipt.

Sharing

We share data only as needed to process payments, send email, comply with law, or issue tax receipts. PAN given for an 80G receipt is stored for statutory receipts.
